Q: Can I use the hired furniture and accessories?
A: Our furniture and accessories are for display ONLY. Only Home Edition staff can deliver, install and remove them.
Q: Is the staged furniture and accessories insured? Who pays the Excess?
A: Yes. Staged furniture and accessories are fully insured. However, the Excess will be billed to the property owner or authorized person of the staged property if any insurance claim occasion has arisen.
Q: Can I pay at settlement?
A: Yes, Finance is available upon application.(Terms and conditions apply.)
Q: Is there any hidden fees? Does the price include GST?
A: No, our Price includes everything. It does include GST.
Q: When does my contract start? When will it end?
A: Home Edition work in close cooperation with your Real Estate Agent and will get your property staged before the photo shooting. The De-staging will be organized after Auction Day or the end of 6-weeks contract.
